
Dr. Thomas D. Sneeringer, DO graduated from North Clarion High School in 1973. He was a biology major at St. Vincent College in Latrobe. After graduating from college in 1977 he went to medical school at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine for the next four years. Dr. Sneeringer did a 3 year Family Medicine residency at Bremerton Navy Hospital in Washington State. He was Chief Resident his third year in training. Follow training he served on the aircraft carriers Kitty Hawk and Constellation as a General Medical Officer. He left the military in 1988 and practiced medicine in Titusville, Pa for 9 years and in Buffalo, NY for 3 years prior to moving to Brookville in 2000.

Dr. Amanda M Chamberlin, MD graduated from Brookville Area High School in 1998. She was a premed major at Penn State College PA. After graduating college in 2002 she went to medical school at Penn State College of Medicine in Hershery PA for the next 4 years. Dr. Chamberlin did a 3 year family medicine residency at Excela Health Latrobe in Latrobe PA. She has been practicing at Primary Care Associates since 2009 after returning to the Brookville area.

Ashley Bevak, PA-C graduated from Brookville Area High School in 2010. She attended St. Francis University where she majored in Physician Assistant Sciences. Ashley graduated with her bachelors in 2014 and continued at St. Francis where she received her Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences in 2015. She began working at Primary Care Associates in June 2015.

Alyssa Byerly-Heschke, PA-C graduated from Brookville Area High School in 2011. She attended Lock Haven University and graduated with her Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences in 2014. She graduated from Mercyhurst Univeristy with her Masters in Physician Assistant in June 2017. Alyssa began working at Primary Care Associates 2017.

Katrina Harriger, PA-C graduated from Punxsutawney Area High School in 2011. She attended Lock Haven University where she majored in Physician Assistant Studies. Katrina graduated in May 2020 and began working for Primary Care Associates in August 2020.

Kate Belfiore, PA-C graduated from Brookville Area High School in 2009. She attended Theil College where she majored in Physician Assistant Studies and graduated in 2013. She graduated Chatham College in 2015 with a Masters in Physician Assistant in 2015. After graduation she worked in family practice before joining Primary Care Associates in April 2022.
